Geomax geocell is a three-dimensional mesh cell structure formed by reinforced HDPE sheet material and welded by high strength. Generally made by ultrasonic needle welding. Due to engineering needs, some punch holes in the diaphragm. The HDPE geocell is three dimensional, honeycomb like structures manufactured from high density polyethylene and jointly welded by ultrasonic technique. The geocell is a mesh cell structure formed by high strength HDPE or PP copolymer broadband, after strong welding or riveting. It is flexible to fold during the transport and installation on construction site. The geocell nets will be filled with soils, granular, cements or other on-site infill materials when stretched into web structures, which has powerful and rigid confinement in the lateral and vertical sides.

  It is retractable, and can be folded up in transportation, when the use of the expansion and filling of soil, stone and concrete, with a strong lateral constraints and stiffness of the structure. It can be used as a cushion to increase the bearing capacity of soft foundation, and laid on the slope to form a slope protection structure, and also can be used to build retaining structure.
